In 2014, I decided to take a different career path into the world of hospitality and entertainment and hung up my stage suits and heels after competing as an IFBB Pro Bikini Athlete, while managing my gym business and training clients in Toronto, Canada;  Today, I am a proud mother of one while continuing my work in marketing & sales with UMusic Hotels.

MY STORY: After celebrating my honeymoon and loving every experience my husband and I shared at Iberostar Grand Paraiso in Riviera-Maya, Mexico, we were hooked and became repeat guests.  After several trips, our vacations eventually became unexpected business-trips, and after much planning, we made the bold decision to sell our gym and move our life to Mexico.  With sacrifice, sweat and to failure not being an option - within two and a half years, we developed three fitness departments called #Fitandfun and designed more spacious and modernized fitness facilities for Iberostar Mexico, DR, and Jamaica.

Fast forward to present, we are very proud to have created the #RoyaltonFit and #PHit Programming for Blue Diamond Resorts.  Within two years, we have implemented 10  fitness departments; 9 Royalton Fit locations in Royalton Resorts (Mexico: Riviera-Cancun, Cancun Suites, DR, Jamaica, St. Lucia and Antigua) as well as the first #PUMPED Fitness Facility at Planet Hollywood Beach Resorts in Costa Rica; Openings in 2020 were in Isla Mujers (Mexico) and Grenada.

Some may say we have too much passion, however the key to our success lies in putting our heart and passion in every ounce of our work - which is evident in our ongoing track-record of success thus far.   In collaboration with the resort management team, we create solutions to implement revolutionary, yet functional fitness facilities to ensure sustainability of increased staff and program productivity for hotels and resorts, not just in the Caribbean but on a global scale.
